Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 2026-05-13
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions apply to the Lenden mobile application ("Application") created by Samith Chowdhury ("Service Provider") as a free service. By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before using the Application.
2. Intellectual Property
Unauthorised copying, modification of the Application, any part of the Application, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. Any attempts to extract the source code, translate the Application into other languages, or create derivative versions are not permitted. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.
3. Changes to the Service
The Service Provider reserves the right to modify the Application or charge for services at any time. Any charges will be clearly communicated in advance. The Service Provider may also update the Application and may at some point cease providing it, at which point any licences granted to you under these terms will end.
4. Your Responsibilities
The Application stores and processes personal data that you provide. It is your responsibility to keep your device secure. The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your device, as this may expose your device to security vulnerabilities and cause the Application to malfunction.
5. Internet & Data Charges
Some features require an active internet connection. The Service Provider is not responsible if the Application cannot function at full capacity due to lack of connectivity. If you use the Application outside of a Wi-Fi area, your mobile network provider's terms still apply and you may incur data charges, including roaming charges if applicable.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Service Provider strives to keep the Application accurate and up to date. However, they rely on third-party information in some cases and accept no liability for any direct or indirect loss resulting from reliance on the Application's functionality.
7. Device Responsibility
It is your responsibility to ensure your device remains charged and functional. If your device runs out of battery and you cannot access the Service, the Service Provider cannot be held responsible.
8. Changes to These Terms
The Service Provider may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. You are advised to review this page regularly. Continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Contact
If you have any questions about these Terms and Conditions, please contact the Service Provider at hello@iamsamith.com.
